About Me

Welcome to my blog, my home.

Within these pages are glimpses of my thoughts, artworks, and my life. I don’t know how you have somehow stumbled into this place… But I hope that this can be a place where you could find a sense of encouragement, light a spark of curiosity about the world around you, and hopefully brighten your day, even if it’s just a little.

Most of all, I hope that I would be able to be your friend. And that as I share with you my thoughts, you would too. After all, aren’t we fellow pilgrims in this world, striving to achieve dreams and struggling to live a life of purpose?

I studied marketing and business management. And maybe, that is a part of what I would be doing in the years to come. But more importantly, I’m a reader, a writer, an artist, and a dreamer at heart.

I’m interested in stories, designs, and creating arts. All kinds of arts, whether be it traditional painting, drawing, photography… or the new media. I would like to share to you some of it, as I experiment with many different mediums.

In some ways, I consider reading and writing a kind of art that both teaches and liberates me. On one hand, reading unleashes my imagination; it brought me to places that I have never been, providing me refuge in the world of second-hand dreams, and taught me so many things I would not know otherwise. Writing on the other hand, stopped me to think and to reflect on life and on who I am. It paused me from going through the motions, and provided me the opportunity to question society.

I hope that through blogging, I would be able to share with you the world as seen through my eyes… and paint a little color over your own world. 🙂

  1. Salam kenal. A friend of mine recommended your blog to you, and I must say that I’m glad she did. You “thoughts” are interesting and I especially like that category in your blog.

    Keep writing.

    1. Hello, salam kenal juga 🙂
Thanks so much for your kind words, hehe. I’m reading you blog as well right now… and I love the way you write and your writing voice. It’s really engaging (albeit a tad melancholic)… but your perspectives on things are certainly interesting.

  2. I have run most of my adult life, but sporadically until about age 45 – 50 when I actually began following some training and learning to enjoy distance running. Adventure, travel and food became beautiful add-ons.

  3. Thank you for connecting Victoria,
